Jamie Rudd

Jamie started his career at a boutique firm, supporting clients in their Engineering & Executive searches with a strong focus on the Automotive industry in Germany. He has since transitioned to lead a team of Executive Search consultants specialising in Engineering, Operations and Sales mandates from Director to C-level.

Over the years he has supported a variety of clients in the Automotive & Industrial sectors with their executive hiring and talent management, building up an extensive network globally.

Daniel Fields

Daniel leads the Engineering practice at Fields & Rudd. Having supported a number of clients across Europe in their ‘build-up’ phases and highly important Engineering positions, he has built up a team of specialist consultants who support clients across the following niche skill sets: Software, System, Hardware and Project Management.

Over the years, Daniel has supported clients across Europe in Automotive, Medical, Automation & Robotics, and Aviation.

Edward Amery

Edward is the Manager of the Engineering team in Europe for Fields & Rudd. With 8+ years of experience leading teams that specialise in the skill sets of Software, System, Hardware and Project Management, he has built an extremely strong talent pool of clients and candidates whom he supports.

Coming from a leading consultancy for Engineering professionals across the Automotive and Automation industries in Germany, Edward has an excellent record in supporting companies in these markets in their Engineering hiring needs.
